yay!!! so one day of school left!!! actually... one hour and a half left of school. i have one final on thursday and then i'm done!!! finally! this year was  a blast but it was hard and long and i'm glad to have summer back! despite the arctic blasts we keep getting, at least it's green outside and i'm almost freeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

recent news:
i'm NHS president for next year! and ms. Deb DePuy is vice-president! we'll have some good times next year (evil cackling....)

formal was awesome! we actually danced... the electric slide, the hokie-pokey, cha-cha slide... you get the picture, but it was fun

i'm 17!!! yay!

i was on crutches for like 4 days... i hate crutches, but b-day decorated crutches are amazing

church softball is a blast! and we're undefeated!

yeah, so that's all i can think of for now.

well, when i made it home at 1'o'clock, i had all good intentions of starting on my massive project that is due monday... and now i have spent an hour staring at the computer and getting nothing accomplished.  My brain has no focus tonight. so basically i'm going to get ready for bed now... take off this crazy stage make up, get like 3 hours of sleep before getting up again! blechk.

yeah so this evil homework assignment, 40 essay questions for AP U.S. History that we have to know and have memorized because my teacher is going to randomly pick one of the questions for us and then we have to get up right away and give a 10-15 minute speech on the question!!! without notes, or even looking at our notes... yeah. and i haven't started. blechk.

but i need sleep....

okay, it's about time for an update! yay! (you know you've missed me!)

so basically life has been insane/amazing since... december... when i last updated. yeah. biggest thing- missions trip to Romania! it was the best time ever! i love the romanian people i met, i love the people i went with, and i love missions. i think God is callign me to go into missions, at least into the ministry for sure.  i dunno what else i would do with my life.

but yeah, besides that awesomeness, there's been choir, drama (Camelot is this week! AHHH!), school in general, the act... (i got a 30, ) and ummmm yeah. right now i'm staying up ridiculously late for the night before church, so i'm going to go to bed so i don't fall asleep in God's house tomrw!

long time no see! i must admit, i've been on a facebook craze! generally though, there is more good conversation here!

so anyhow, life is crazy. let's just leave it at that.

sooo the best story of the week ( and you should realize the sacrifice i'm making by putting it here instead of telling you in person where i can see you reaction):

okay so friday after school, after a piano lesson, i'm heading home, driving on sheridan and i decide to stop for gas. la-lala-lala. and so i go to the gas station, pay outside, start pumping, and decide to wash my windshield while waiting for the gas to be done. some guy walks out of the building, "hey, smile pretty girl!" i smile halfheartedly and i am slightly creeped out! la-lala-lala. viola, the gas is done, i have washed my winshield and so i go to get back in my car..... dun dun DUN! alas, i have locked my keys in my car... they are seating there, right on the passenger seat... i can see them!!! perhaps i can use some jedi-mind powers to beam them to me!... no such luck. so thank goodness, i have my phone in my pocket. i call my mom who should be on her way home (i.e. nearby). her phone is off. gee thanx mom. so i call home- i get the machine "heeelllloooo! somebody pick up! i did something really stupid and i need a favor!!! heeellllloooooooo-----" elisa picks up! yesssss. i related my unfortunate but rather funny story. i talk her into hunting for the spare key to my car. she says she's on her way and hangs up. .......... okay what to do for 10 minutes while i wait for elisa? hmmm, maybe i can wash all of my windows? okay sounds good. la-lala-lala. so i washed all of my windows... even though i had done some already. some lady walks out of the building and says to me, "the guy inside said to tell you that someone thinks you're cute! haha you should get your gas for free!' okay i laughed at that one. and then felt very selfconscious seeing as i had 5 more minutes before elisa could get there and now i knew someone was watching me. la-lala-lala. for lack of a better idea, i went inside and walked around the store... texted elisa to come save me quickly.... finally she walked in! yay. so i hurridely got in my car and got out of there!!!
